Yes, I can. Kamchutkha, where my late grandfather spent an year being re-educated by mining, is clearly visible above Japan.
Why is Taiwan part of China on this?
I don't know why they put Taiwan as part of China, but I've seen many maps like that. They are not fully recognized as a country, I guess.
Here's what US State Department says:
The U.S. "one-China" policy acknowledges that both Taiwan and the Mainland are part of China"
